Now that the Olympics are over and the weather's getting colder, I must admit that I'm finding it hard to keep up the motivation to run. As much as I know I will feel better once I've clocked up my miles, the truth is that sometimes it is easier to opt for an evening in or a lazy weekend brunch than lace up my running shoes and heading to the park.
So I've decided that maybe what I need to do is spice up my workout routine a little bit..
